Getting Back to Basics is the theme for this year's Western New York Safety Conference. Every Safety Professional, HR Specialist or person responsible for safety in their company should take full advantage of this year's great conference. This year's lineup of speakers promises to deliver the necessary information and tools to get attendees excited about safety. They will take with them, back to their place of employment, tangible items that they can use right away to improve safety performance within their company.
The word "Basics" means getting back to the roots or the foundation of a solid safety program. Without that foundation, it is impossible to sustain an effective safety program that will encourage employee participation and regulatory compliance. In addition to the fantastic lineup of speakers, the conference will provide a forum for vendors to showcase that latest in personal protective equipment and security products. The venue is "state of the art" as this years conference will be held at the Seneca Niagara Casino.
