Frequently, people are surprised to learn that not only does OSHA handle whistleblower complaints on health and safety issures, but they also cover nuclear, environmental, aviation, transportation (including truck, railroad and pipeline) as well as corporate fraud. Depending on the statute, both public and private sector employees and employers are covered.
